Introduction

Terms of Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, match-fixing or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.

• Misrepresenting your identity, age or jurisdictional location during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, account limits or previous account closures.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from b9apk.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or members of the b9apk support team.

b9apk reserves the right to monitor User activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms. Any suspected breach may result in temporary suspension pending investigation, with permanent closure following a confirmed finding.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following provisions govern financial transactions on the b9apk Platform. All financial references use Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the indicative currency where applicable, though actual transaction currencies depend on the operator's cashier settings.

6.1 Deposits. Users may fund their accounts using the payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
